Do you work with companies that have no PMO at all? +
Yes. That's our most common starting point. The Readiness Workshop is built for teams running projects informally.
Do I have to start with the Readiness Workshop? +
No. It's optional. If you know where things are breaking, we can scope a Foundation Sprint directly. The Workshop is most useful when you want internal alignment before committing budget.
Are you tool-agnostic? +
Yes. We build inside your existing stack and help you get more out of it. If you need a new tool, we help you choose based on your needs, not what's trending.
Can engagements be combined? +
Yes. The most common path is Workshop → Foundation Sprint → Fractional Retainer. Many clients move to the Retainer after the Sprint to sustain and evolve what we built.
What size companies do you work with? +
50–500 employees. Typically SaaS, HRTech, or EdTech companies that have grown past the startup phase. If you're outside that range, reach out. We'll be direct about fit.
What happens after an engagement ends? +
Every fixed-fee engagement includes a post-delivery support period. After that, you own everything we built. Many clients move to the Fractional Retainer for ongoing support.
