Do I have to start with the Readiness Workshop?
No. It's optional. If you know where things are breaking, we can scope a Foundation Sprint directly. The Workshop is most useful when you want internal alignment before committing budget.
Are you tool-agnostic?
Yes. We build inside your existing stack and help you get more out of it. If you need a new tool, we help you choose based on your needs — not what's trending.
Can engagements be combined?
